"What I know now as opposed to yesterday or tomorrow."

I know what's important and what is mind clutter. I know I spent a lot of time, years, uncomfortable in my head. I know compassion, understanding, and listening are skills that help us navigate through rough times with other people. I know what it is to have almost nothing and I know what it is to have everything I need. I know I am blessed, we are all blessed.

I'm a survivor of the '60's.
Some of my friends were not.
I love photography, books, rock and roll, fashion, poetry, the beach, animals, spirituality, intelligent, creative people and everything else that strikes me as interesting.
I am a Reiki Master, artist, photographer, wife, friend. I hope I am good at some of these things I enjoy them all.
